1. Lontong.

- It is a dish made of compressed rice cake in the form of a cylinder wrapped inside a banana leaf, and commonly found in Indonesia also Malaysia and Singapore.
- The rice rolled inside banana leaf and boiled then cut into a small cakes as staple food replacementof steamed rice.
- It is commonly called as nasi himpit in Malaysia.
2. Yong Tau Foo.

- It is literal meaning as stuffed bean curd.
- It also a Hakka Chinese food consisting primarily of tofu that has been filled with either a ground meat mixture or fish paste (surimi).
- Variation of this food include vegetables and mushrooms stuff with ground meat or surimi.
- It is eaten in numerous ways, either dry with a sauce or served as a soup dish.
3. Getuk Ubi.

- The kuih is sold in the famous Bengawan Solo cake shop.
- Instead of palm sugar, orange colored sugar was used.
- The bottom white layer is made from cassava or tapioca and the top layer is made from shredded coconut and orange sugar.
